HDR in Helsinki: Raspberry Bay

by admin on May 21, 2012

Somebody in Reddit gave me a tip. It was a tip about a nice photography location in Helsinki. It was called Vattuniemi (translates to Raspberry Bay). I went there one day. It rained. I went there on the next day. It was winding like hell. Now, on the third day, it was just fine. Calm weather and some clouds. I got several shots there. This one perhaps describing the area best: sea, reed and rocks. Notice marks on the rocks that water has made. The tidal forces affect here too. Now the water level was apparently low.

You might be right. I just wanted to show the calmness of the water in front. It was so serene. Like the whole weather tbh.

Looks like you’ve got some good places to get some great shots out there. I think I need to move. :)
Very nice!

Votre blog est une excellente source d’information sur Helsinki weather. Je n’avais encore rien lu de pareil. Merci, Sebastien !
