Helsinki is the World Design Capital 2012! How great is that? The official site states that the mantle promotes and encourages the use of design in the development of cities. This year’s theme is Open Helsinki – Embedding Design in Life. This little advertisement reminds us all about this great honour at Rautatientori (next to Central Railway Station).
