HDR in Helsinki: Yellow Here, Yellow There

by Akseli Niemelä on May 5, 2012

One evening there were yellow both on the ground and in the sky. The construction vehicle was left in front of Kiasma contemporary art museum waiting for something. There was a camp of protetesters nearby for a while but they got evicted lately.  If I recall correctly they are building something there. Also the purple sign is the same World Design Capital ad than the one at the Central Railway Station. Only the colour is different. And speaking about colours, what was the other yellow thing? Dog pee? No. Obviously the sunset with some nice cirrus clouds. I’ve been recently reading about clouds and am pretty sure those are the cirrus ones. Clouds bring so much to HDR photography; you gotta know your scene!
